VINCOM RETAIL REPORTS 3Q2025 PROFIT AFTER TAX SURGE OF NEARLY 52%, NINE-MONTH EARNINGS REACH 80.6% OF FULL-YEAR PLAN
Hanoi, 29 October 2025 – Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (ticker: VRE) today released its consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025, prepared in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
During the quarter, Vincom Retail generated consolidated net revenue of VND 2,251 billion, up 8.3 % year‑on‑year. Revenue growth was led by leasing and related services, which contributed VND 2,124 billion, a 7.1 % increase from the prior‑year period. The improved performance reflects continued recovery in occupancy across the company’s mall portfolio and consistent contributions from new shopping malls opened in late 2024 and 2025. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to VND 1,376 billion, a sharp 51.9 % increase year‑on‑year. For the first nine months of 2025, Vincom Retail recorded net revenue of VND 6,525 billion, achieving 68.5 % of the full‑year plan, and profit after tax of VND 3,787 billion, representing 80.6 % of the annual target.
Customer traffic continued its strong rebound from the start of the year. Footfall at Vincom malls increased by 18 % year‑on‑year, underscoring the malls’ status as premier shopping and entertainment destinations for consumers and leading brands in Vietnam.
To drive engagement and footfall, Vincom Retail rolled out a host of experiential retail initiatives. Notably, the “Tu Hao Sao Viet” campaign commemorating the 80th National Day featured recurring promotion events, themed games, cultural exhibitions and art performances. Over the four‑day holiday, the Vincom mall network welcomed nearly five million visitors, up 45 % compared with the same period in 2024.
Furthermore, the company launched a series of creative festive events. During the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, Vincom was a central destination for families with its “Hoi Sao Len Den – Bung Tiec Doan Vien” program, attracting nearly 20 million visitors across its 89 malls nationwide.
On 2–3 October, Vincom Retail inaugurated two flagship shopping centres – Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City (Hung Yen) and Vincom Mega Mall Royal Island (Hai Phong) – bringing the total number of Vincom malls to 89. Developed under the “one‑stop shoppertainment” concept, these malls offer a comprehensive modern lifestyle experience encompassing shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure.
During the quarter, Vincom Retail received the “Inspirational Brand” award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025. The company was the only representative from the retail real estate sector recognised in this category for its pioneering innovation, robust risk management and agile corporate culture, as well as its positive contributions to the community.
