Information disclosure about the postponement of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company would like to announce about the postponement of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
– According to Article 136, Enterprise Law 2014, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders shall be held within 04 months from the end of the fiscal year. At the request of the Board of Directors, the business registration authority may extend this deadline. Nevertheless, the time limit shall not exceed 06 months from the end of the fiscal year.
– On 09/04/2018, the Company receives the official dispatch No. 101/CV-ĐKKD from Business Registration Office – Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment about approving the extension of the Company’s 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Thus, the Company would like to inform that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders shall be held within 06 months from the end of the fiscal year (no later than 30/6/2018). The official schedule will be informed to the shareholders by invitations.
